Black sesame
Black sesame contains much more vitamin A ,vitamin B complex and various antioxidants than its white variety. It is also very rich in phytosterols and lignans , both oppressing production of harmful cholesterol and interfering adjournment of fats in blood vessels. Content of calcium is higher too in black sesame than in white because peeling reduces the content of this element nearly a half . For this reason, those with intolerance to milk food are recommended to eat black sesame regularly.
