Ginger gives delicate taste to soups, especially to those based on poultry broth, and also to fruit soups, meat soups, to haricot and potato soup, to sauces, game and all kinds of rice dishes. Mixed with salt , it is used as a flavor for cheeses, meat products , fish, boiled chicken, fried meat and vegetables. Ginger gives a very pleasant taste touch to fried pork, but especially to baked duck and mushrooms. Ginger infusion, tincture, brew and also ginger in the form of powder are applied in cases of motion sickness, a stomach ulcer , used to enhance appetite and to improve digestion, in cases of atherosclerosis, disorders of fatty and cholesteric exchange, to normalize the state of blood vessels.
