Potato food starch

Thanks to this , potato starch is used for production of a large number of food products: potato chips, canned food, forcemeat, sausages, frankfurters , cream soups, noodles, sauces, fruit starch drinks, creams, jelly, marmalade , ice-cream and many other. In medicine potato starch is used in cases of digestive tract diseases as the anti-inflammatory and enveloping agent. It is used also for treatment of burns and skin diseases.
