Turmeric

Tumeric is used fish for curry and fish dishes ( a small pinch of turmeric added to flour in which fish pieces are rolled adds to them golden color and soft ginger aroma) for giving color and aroma to rice dishes, for chutney , for Indian and South -East Asian rice . Curative properties of turmeric have been known in Hindustan since the ancient times . It has been considered that turmeric “cleans the body”.
